Colour Titles, Butterbeers, and Reports

A few features have been added to the site, and while they are beneficial, more rules must be added.

First, I have added a new Rating System. In this system other users can rate another user by either giving or taking to/from them, a butterbeer. However, Butterbeers should not be given because the person is your friend. Butterbeers represent that a person has done a lot of hard work, or research. The more Butterbeers you have, the more work you have done. Please do not abuse this feature.

Secondly, you can now add colour to forum titles.

Also, a new "Report System" has been added. When you catch someone spamming, using mature comments, hate speech, racism, or defamatory speech, please report this to administrators. If you have more than five reports against you, you will be banned.
